Let us wait and hear what ICTY Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte will say tomorrow before the Un Security Council, the commissioner said after a meeting of the foreign ministers of the EU and countries from the Stabilisation and Association process. He stressed that full cooperation with the ICTY was a condition for EU membership.
EU foreign minister met on Monday evening with their colleagues from Southeast Europe within the frameworks of the EU-Western Balkans Forum. Croatia is represented by Foreign Ministry State Secretary Hido Biscevic, given that Foreign Minister Miomir Zuzul left Brussels earlier and travelled to New York where he will speak at the UN Security Council Session on Tuesday at which del Ponte wil submit the report on the work of the ICTY and the Prosecutor's Office in 2004 and cooperation with Serbia and Montenegro, Republika Srpska, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.
