ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - The State Prosecutor's Office has compiled a report on the recent case of the bankrupt company 'Imotstroj', involving Foreign Minister Miomir Zuzul's alleged business activities, saying that there were no criminal acts in the case, sources from the government, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said on Tuesday evening.

The source declined to reveal any other detail from the report.

The spokesman for the Croatian government, Ratko Macek, also did not want to give any detail from the report compiled by Chief State Prosecutor Mladen Bajic. The spokesman only confirmed that the report had been sent to the government and the Ivo Sanader cabinet would probably discuss the material on Wednesday evening.

The state prosecution launched a probe into the regularity of all elements of the bankruptcy procedure of the ailing Imotstroj company from the southern town of Imotski, following media reports accusing Minister Zuzul of being in conflict of interest. The minister himself also wanted the prosecutors to investigate the case.

The government is also expected to take a position on the motion of opposition parliamentary parties that insist on taking a no-confidence vote in Minister Zuzul accusing him of being involved in conflict of interest and corruption scandals.
