Attending the event were presidential envoy Igor Dekanic, Justice Minister Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, Constitutional Court president Petar Klaric, Croatian Bar Association president Ranko Pelicaric, and Zagreb University head Jasna Helena Mencer.
Speeches were delivered by dean Branko Smerdel and the justice minister who spoke, among other things, of the judicial reform. She announced a Judicial Academy would be inaugurated next year.
An exhibition on law and the legal science in Croatia between 1776 and 1918 was also opened.
