SARAJEVO, Oct 13 (Hina) - The remains of as many as 300 persons killedduring the 1990s war in Bosnia-Herzegovina have been exhumed byWednesday from the Stari Kevljani mass grave near the north-westerntown of Prijedor, the head of the
Croat-Muslim entity's MissingPersons Commission, Jasmin Odobasic, told the press.
SARAJEVO, Oct 13 (Hina) - The remains of as many as 300 persons
killed during the 1990s war in Bosnia-Herzegovina have been exhumed by
Wednesday from the Stari Kevljani mass grave near the north-western town of
Prijedor, the head of the Croat-Muslim entity's Missing Persons Commission,
Jasmin Odobasic, told the press.Stating that exhumations would continue despite the bad weather, he said
it was impossible at present to say how many bodies were buried at Stari
Kevljani.
This mass grave is one of the largest discovered in the entire Bosnia so
far. It contains the remains of Muslims and Croats who were detained at the
infamous Serb-held camp Omarska, which has been confirmed by identity documents
found on the bodies.
