ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader at agovernment session on Thursday dismissed claims that Croatia was underpressure or exposed to negative reactions over its candidacy forchairing the Organisation for
Security and Cooperation in Europe(OSCE).
ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader at a
government session on Thursday dismissed claims that Croatia was under pressure
or exposed to negative reactions over its candidacy for chairing the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).On the contrary, the OSCE Secretariat General thanked Croatia for making
this move.
Croatia announced its candidacy for chairing the OSCE in 2007 after
Turkey withdrew its application.
Sanader said that by then, Croatia would enter the final stage of its
negotiations with the European Union.
