The event was organised by the Homeland War Victims Association from Osijek, and features an exhibition of photographs called "Victims Must Not be Forgotten". The display at Osijek's Capucine Church, which closes on September 2, includes about 150 photographs of the suffering of residents of the Osijek area during the Serbian aggression in 1991 and 1992.
Association president Stefica Krstic said the county was still looking for more than 100 missing persons. She appealed to top state officials and all relevant state institutions to invest maximum effort so that light could be shed on the fate of the missing and so that unidentified exhumed remains could be identified.
