The construction of the facility was financed by the Czech Republic,
the Croatian government, Pozega-Slavonski Brod County and the United
States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The Centre was opened by the Czech Ambassador to Croatia Petr Burianek
and Croatian Assistant Culture Minister Srecko Sestan.
