ZAGREB, May 15 (Hina) - The Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dragan Covic, said on Friday evening that the number of Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina was decreasing and that Croat refugees were returning to some areas but not to the Serb entity.#L# Speaking to reporters after a concert in Zagreb, Covic said that the decreasing number of Croats could be explained by their position in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and added that refugee returns to Republika Srpska were scarce and could be referred to as exceptions. Covic called on the international community to assist in enabling all Croat refugees to return to their pre-war homes. Croatian President Stjepan Mesic was also at the concert. Asked about political and cultural cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mesic said he was satisfied with the steps being taken by the two countries, but added that much more could be achieved in those fields. Mesic drew attention to insufficient economic cooperation and the need for Croatian and Bosnian companies to establish closer ties for the purpose of joint ventures on foreign markets. (Hina) vm
