WASHINGTON, May 11 (Hina) - Serbia-Montenegro's Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic said in an interview with Voice of America on Monday he was in favour of "establishing the broadest cooperation" between his country and Croatia.#L# Draskovic said that "everything that burdens the relations between the two countries should be eliminated so that we can establish a European system under which borders will exist on the map, but not in practice, and we will again be able to trade and travel freely. We must become Europe within in order to be accepted by Europe." Asked why he would not travel to Zagreb as part of the delegation of Serbia-Montenegro, Draskovic said he did not want to comment on media speculation. "There was an idea that I should travel to Zagreb on May 24 together with President Marovic, but later it was arranged that I should play host to the Croatian Foreign Minister, Mr Zuzul, on May 28," he said. Draskovic is on his first official visit to Washington where he has met Secretary of State Colin Powell and some members of Congress. He is due to present his government's plan for the resolution of the Kosovo problem before the UN Security Council on Tuesday. (Hina) vm
