ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Sunday received a delegation of the Slovene-Croatian Friendship Society Kolpa Vinca, the President's Office said in a statement on Sunday.

The meeting, which is traditionally being held on St. George Day, is
the confirmation of friendly relations between Cthe two countries,
Mesic said and congratulated Slovenia on joining the European Union
which is Croatia's strategic objective.
The delegation was also greeted by Slovenia Ambassador Peter Bekes.
