WASHINGTON/NEW YORK, April 21 (Hina) - The United Nations lifted on Tuesday the immunity of four Iranian police officers so that an investigation could be conducted into the incident which took place in Kosovo Mitrovica on Saturday in
which three UN police officers were killed.

The four Jordanian police officers, members of the UN Police Mission
in Kosovo (UNMIK), had been after two American women prison officers
and a Jordanian male were killed in the gunbattle with U.S. police. A
total of 11 police officers, 10 Americans and one Austrian, and were
injured.
