SARAJEVO, April 13 (Hina) - The government of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Thursday will discuss the possibility of granting guarantees for the provisional release of five Bosnian Croats who earlier this month surrendered voluntarily to the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Federation Deputy Prime Minister Gavrilo Grahovac said on Tuesday.
SARAJEVO, April 13 (Hina) - The government of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Thursday will discuss the possibility of granting guarantees for the provisional release of five Bosnian Croats who earlier this month surrendered voluntarily to the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Federation Deputy Prime Minister Gavrilo Grahovac said on Tuesday.#L# Attorneys for five of six Croats indicted on the basis of command responsibility for crimes in Bosnia-Herzegovina previously asked the federal authorities to grant guarantees sought by the Hague-based tribunal so it could discuss the possibility of releasing the indictees pending trial. Jadranko Prlic, Slobodan Praljak, Valentin Coric, Bruno Stojic and Berislav Pusic have permanent residence in Bosnia's Hercegovina-Neretva Canton. (Hina) rml
