LJUBLJANA, April 9 (Hina) - A decision of the European Court on Human Rights about the jurisdiction in the law suit which Croatian clients of the old Ljubljanska Bank filed does not refer only to the ruling, Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Friday.#L# His Croatian counterpart Miomir Zuzul said the court can help the solving of the problem and the ruling would not be to detrimental for Croatian citizens. Even though today's Zuzul-Rupel talks did not particularly focus on the issue of the savings accounts of Ljubljanska Bank clients, the two ministers commented on the issue at a news conference. "The decision of the European Court on Human Rights, which was announced yesterday, strictly deals with the court's jurisdiction in the case, while the case itself was not discussed," Rupel said. "This was not a topic of today's talks, and Slovenia still believes it is right about this," the Slovene minister added. (Hina) it
