MOSTAR, April 7 (Hina) - "Croat Intellectual Circle 04" which has recently been set up within the Society of Croat Writers of Herzeg-Bosna, at its session on Wednesday condemned parts of the latest indictments from The Hague which
refer to the collective guilt of Croats, notably the Croat people in Bosnia, a member of the association said after the session.

latest indictments from The Hague which refer to the collective guilt

The association believes the ICTY's accusation that the Croatian state
policy and the Croat policy in Bosnia was criminal is unacceptable.
"Our people fought for self-determination and freedom and that cannot
be a crime," the association said..
