SARAJEVO, March 14 (Hina) - Retired General Slobodan Praljak, war-time chief of staff of the Croatian Council of Defence (HVO), has said that an indictment against him should be sent from the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to Zagreb within the next ten days.

Preljak told Sarajevo-based daily Dnevni Avaz that according to his
information he would be indicted on command responsibility for the
period in which he performed the highest state duties in
Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"According to my information, the indictments are ready and that's a
done deal. I will be officially informed about it by the Croatian
Justice Ministry early next week," Praljak told the daily which
reminded its readers thaz the retired general was at the helm of the
HVO at the time the Old Bridge in Mostar was torn down.
