ZAGREB, March 7 (Hina) - Croatian Army generals Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac, against whom, according to the media and unnamed sources, the ICTY issued indictments, plan to surrender to the Hague tribunal by the end of the week,

Some dailies cited the head of the parliament's home affairs
committee, Ivan Jarnjak, as saying that he had received an invitation
for an interview with ICTY investigators in his capacity as suspect,
the dailies reported.
Prime Minister Ivo Sanader called a meeting with heads of all
parliamentary parties for Monday to discuss the ICTY indictments which
have allegedly arrived in Croatia -- the amended indictment against
General Ante Gotovina and new indictments against Markac and Cermak.
Justice Minister Vesna Skare Ozbolt called a news conference for
Monday at which she is expected to officially confirm the arrival of
the new indictments,
Jutarnji List daily wrote that deputy PM Andrija Hebrang and Minister
Skare Ozbolt held talks with the two ICTY indictees and their
attorneys on Saturday over lunch in Cermak's house. "Cermak and
Markac, in an agreement with the government, should travel to The
Hague by week's end. The government once again promised full legal and
finacial assistance," the daily said citing an unnamed source who
attended the lunch in Cermak's house..
Jarnjak confirmed he had received an invitation for interview with
ICTY investigator. "I will attend the interview, but that is all I can
say because the document I have received is marked as confidential,"
Jarnjak told Vecernji List daily. He said his attorneys will be
Miroslac Separovic and Goran Mikuli~i}.
