MOSTAR, Feb 3(Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency chairman Dragan Covic said on Tuesday it was time the southern city of Mostar stopped being a problem as was the case over the last decade and once again became the business centre of Herzegovina.#L# Speaking at the opening of new premises of Bosnia's central bank's Mostar branch and newly built premises of the Croat-Muslim entity's Chamber of Economy, Covic said the new premises indicated that Bosnia's state institutions were returning to Mostar. Also in attendance was central bank governor Peter Nicholl, who told reporters one of the key economic problems in Bosnia was the inexistence of a single capital market. He announced the securities market would start operating by the end of the year for the purpose of encouraging the development of such a market. Asked if the existence of two entities posed a hurdle to the establishment of a uniform capital market, Nicholl said it might but did not have to. (Hina) ha
