ZAGREB, Jan 30(Hina) - Croatia's Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister, Andrija Hebrang, on Friday received British Ambassador to Zagreb, Nicholas Jarrold, the Health Ministry said in a press release, adding this was Jarrold's
working visit.

The topic of the talks was "Call for Action on HIV/AIDS", an
initiative launched by Britain on 1 December 2003 with the aim of
promoting the international community's efforts in containing HIV and
AIDS.
Hebrang supported the initiative and agreed with his guest on further
cooperation in this field.
The Croatian minister asked Britain to help Croatia in restructuring
its public health system and adjusting it to European Union
standards.
