ZAGREB, Dec 21 (Hina) - Major Croatian banks cannot be buyers ofZagrebacka Banka or Splitska Banka and the Croatian National Bank(HNB) would have nothing against a Croatian consortium purchasing oneof those banks, but is aware of
difficulties which the consortiumwould meet in that operation.
