The court requested Suljic's arrest from Zagreb police and Mikola's arrest from the police in the eastern city of Vukovar.
The court is waiting for the police to respond, and if Suljic and Mikola are not found, warrants will be issued for their arrest.
Suljic and Mikola were sentenced to ten and five years in prison respectively for the murder of a man nicknamed Sasa, whose body has not been found to date. Sinisa Rimac was sentenced to eight years in prison for the same crime.
Mikola was also sentenced for the illegal arrest of and extortion from three Zagreb Serbs, which he committed with two other indictees, Miroslav Bajramovic and Branko Saric, who were sentenced to four and three years in prison respectively.
The Zagreb County Court on Thursday ordered detention for Suljic, Mikola and Rimac, but only Rimac left the court in handcuffs. Suljic and Mikola, who had been provisionally released, were not present at yesterday's declaration of the verdict.
