The general assembly of Kras shareholders was held at the end of last week when it was decided that shareholders would get 15 kuna per share in dividends.
A report on the business performance of Kras in the first six months this year was presented to the assembly.
In the first half of this year, the income totalled 405 million kuna with the income from the sale coming to 394.5 million kuna.
The Kras management said that the results were in accordance wit the company's medium-term development plans aimed at the strengthening of Kras's position as a leader on the south-eastern European market of confectionery products.
