Addressing a news conference in the party's main offices in Zagreb, Kosor reiterated her invitation to leaders of opposition parliamentary parties for talks on Croatia's plan to complete its EU entry negotiations by mid-2011.
She accused the strongest opposition Social Democratic Party (SDP) and other opposition parties of failing to support her Cabinet in reform implementation and of being reserved about efforts to complete the EU membership negotiations.
"There are obviously reservations and fear, something that impedes them," Kosor said.
