Upon his arrival in Prague on Tuesday, Josipovic was received by his host, Czech president Vaclav Klaus.
"I think that the visit has been successful," Josipovic said today.
All top Czech officials, including the heads of state and government, have reassured me that the Czech Republic unreservedly supports our entry into the EU and that there is no dilemma about Croatia's niche in that European club, the Croatian president said at the end of his stay in Prague.
Earlier in the day he held talks with Prime Minister Petr Necas and completed his official visit with talks with representatives of the 1,500-strong Croat minority in the Czech Republic.
The first ethnic Croats arrived there during the 16th century. The community registered its association in 1991. Ethnic Croats have not been awarded the status of ethnic minority.
