Pisanu was answering questions from foreign reporters in Rome. A Croatian reporter asked about the arrest allegation, which was later refuted, and the bag, to which the minister replied that Naples was known as one of the best places to forge documents.
Pisanu said that the cooperation between the Croatian and Italian foreign ministries was excellent, and that thanks to successful cooperation with Slovenia and Croatia, the number of illegal migrants heading for Europe had been reduced to virtually zero.
