President gives credentials to nine new Croatian ambassadors

ZAGREB, Feb 22 (Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic on Tuesday handed letters of credence to newly-appointed Croatian ambassadors to nine countries, the Office of the Croatian President said in a statement.

The credentials were given to Gordan Bakota for his ambassadorial term in Austria, to Jasna Ognjanovac for her term in Ireland, Andreja Gustovic-Ercegovac for her ambassadorial term in Romania, Zlatko Kramaric, who is going to Macedonia, Aleksandar Stipetic, who is the new Croatian ambassador in Albania, Zoran Vodopija, who is going to Kosovo, Drago Stambuk, who will serve as Croatian Ambassador to Brazil, Mira Martinec in Japan and Drazen Hrastic in Turkey.
