Co-organisers of the exhibition -- The Dutch embassy in Croatia, the Croatian Journalists Association and the National and University Library -- organised a news conference earlier on Friday to announce the opening of the exhibition.
It was announced that President Mesic would attend the opening and that visitors would be able to see the photo by Reuters photographer Arka Datte from India which won the award as the best photograph in 2004 in the individual photo category. The photo shows an Indian woman mourning the death of a cousin killed in a Tsunami wave in December 2004.
