The average net salary in the January-February period was 4,215 kuna, the Central Bureau of Statistics has reported.
Compared to the same period of 2004, the average net salary in the first two months of this year saw a nominal increase of 4.4 percent, while the real increase was 1.8 percent.
The average net salary in February this year saw a 4.8 percent nominal increase and a 1.4 percent real increase in relation to February last year.
The highest average salary was reported in the production of radio and television and communication equipment - 7,769 kuna, an increase of 43.6 percent in relation to the month before.
The lowest salary was reported in the processing industry.
