Rebic and Seselj served with Hague tribunal indictments

ZAGREB, May 2 (Hina) - Former military intelligence service chiefMarkica Rebic and newspaper publisher Stjepan Seselj, charged by theHague war crimes tribunal with contempt of court for revealing theidentity of a protected witness who had testified in the trial ofGeneral Tihomir Blaskic, were served with their indictments at theZagreb County Court on Monday.
ZAGREB, May 2 (Hina) - Former military intelligence service chief Markica Rebic and newspaper publisher Stjepan Seselj, charged by the Hague war crimes tribunal with contempt of court for revealing the identity of a protected witness who had testified in the trial of General Tihomir Blaskic, were served with their indictments at the Zagreb County Court on Monday.

Journalists Domagoj Margetic and Ivica Marijacic have also been charged with the same offence.

According to unofficial sources, Margetic will be handed his indictment in a detention centre where has been held for the last few days for reasons unrelated to the Hague tribunal's charges.

Marijacic will be served with his indictment at the County Court in the central Adriatic city of Zadar.
