Sanader is accompanied by business people as well as economy and culture ministers Branko Vukelic and Bozo Biskupic.
On Sunday, Sanader is due to meet his host, Jordanian Prime Minister Faisal al-Fayez, as well as Jordan's King Abdulah II.
During the visit, Croatia and Jordan are expected to sign a cooperation agreement between the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the ports of Rijeka and Akaba.
The two countries will also sign an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation which was announced last August, when a Jordanian delegation with al-Fayez at the helm visited Croatia.
Croatia and Jordan are also expected to sign a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a joint commission for trade and economic cooperation.
