Most Croatian parliamentary parties believe thatthree former Yugoslav army officers accused of the massacre ofCroatian prisoners of war on the Ovcara farm outside the eastern townof Vukovar in late 1991 should stand trial in Croatia and that thetransfer of the case to Serbia and Montenegro would mean lack ofrespect for the victims.
