This will be the first meeting of the presidents of the Croatian and French parliaments.
Seks will also hold talks with French Minister for European Affairs Claudie Haigneré, the president of the French National Assembly's delegation for the EU, Pierre Lequillero, head of the Social Party club of deputies Jean-Marc Ayrault, the president of the French-Croatian group of friendship in the Senate, Alain Gérard, and other officials.
The talks will focus on bilateral relations, Croatia's negotiations with the EU and reforms Croatia is implementing so as to join the EU as soon as possible.
