ZAGREB, Dec 9 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks on Saturday extended condolences to Russian Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov and the president of the Russian parliament's upper house, Sergei Mironov, on a fire in a Moscow
hospital which claimed 42 lives early this morning, Seks's office said in a statement.
