ZAGREB, Nov 3 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has scheduled the trial of Croatian journalist Domagoj Margetic on contempt of court charges for November 30, the Hague-based tribunal
announced on Friday.

former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has scheduled the trial of Croatian journalist
Domagoj Margetic on contempt of court charges for November 30, the Hague-based
tribunal announced on Friday. Margetic is charged with disclosing a
list of 102 protected witnesses on his own Internet site between July 7 and
August 2 this year. The witnesses testified in the trial of Bosnian Croat
commander Tihomir Blaskic.
At his initial appearance before the ICTY on 13 October, Margetic
pleaded not guilty.
The trial is expected to last one day.
If found guilty, Margetic faces up to seven year in jail or a fine not
exceeding 100,000 euros.
