Pursuant to Article 30, paragraph 3 of the Croatian Government Act, the Ivo Sanader cabinet decided to send a letter to the Hague-based UN war crimes court to reconsider its recent decisions to turn down the Croatian Government's requests to be granted the status of "amicus curiae" in the above-mentioned cases, the Government's public relations office said in a press release on Tuesday evening.

tribunal in the cases regarding Croatian Army generals Ante Gotovina, Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac and the trial against Jadranko Prlic and another five Bosnian Croat war-time political and military leaders.
