ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - The Strasbourg-based European Court of Human Rights has delivered a judgement in the case launched by Croatian clients of the Ljubljanska Bank, according to Croatia's Jutarnji List daily.

The daily wrote that the court would announce its decision on 6 November, three years after the hearing.

The paper said that it had an official confirmation that the judgement had been delivered but that the court's practice was to notify the parties three to four weeks after the verdict.

In the early 1990s Ljubljanska bank blocked the savings of 140,000 Croatian depositors. Some depositors transferred their rights, worth some DEM 600 million, to the Croatian government. Other depositors opted to fight for their money on Ljubljanska bank accounts through private claims.
