The two-storey 61,000-square metre trade centre will employ 800 people. The Austrian investors Wolfgang Kaufmann and Hubert Hofmann financed with the Zagreb city authorities the construction of a 55-million kuna access road. The trade centre has a car park for 1,700 cars.
Among other shops, the centre will house shops of the German fashion house Peek & Cloppenburg, the Austrian sportswear chain Hervis, the Slovene global brand distributer Sportina, New Yorker, Portugal's Salsa Jeans and the French cosmetics producer L'Occitane, to be opened for the first time in Croatia.
