ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - The Croatian government held a session by telephone on Tuesday at which it adopted a decision recommending that the Croatian Pension Insurance Bureau transfer shares in the Pliva drugs company to the Pensioners
Fund, the government's press office said.
ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - The Croatian government held a session by
telephone on Tuesday at which it adopted a decision recommending that the
Croatian Pension Insurance Bureau transfer shares in the Pliva drugs company to
the Pensioners Fund, the government's press office said. The
government recommended that the Bureau transfer 3,117,127 government shares in
Pliva, in the nominal value of 311,712,700 kuna, to the Pensioners Fund for the
purpose of servicing the state's debt to pensioners.
The decision went into effect today.
