This choir, the modern-day descendant of the boys' choirs of the Viennese Court, dating back to the late Middle Ages. performed works of Hayden, Mozart, Gallus, Reger, Mendelssohn, J. Strauss, Brahms, Schumann and others.
The choir's repertoire includes everything from medieval to contemporary and experimental music. The Wiener Saengerknaben perform major choral and symphonic works, sometimes as part of the Hofmusikkapelle, sometimes with other orchestras and men's choirs.
The concerts, that had an excellent reception among the audience in the two Croatian cities, were conducted by Raul Gehringher.
