ZAGREB, Jan 28
(Hina) - Croatia's Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary, Vesna Vukovic, the permanent representative to the
Office of the United Nations in Geneva, on Friday delivered her letter
of credence to the Director-General of the the United Nations Office
at Geneva, Sergei Ordzhonikidze, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and European Integration said in a statement.
Ambassador Vukovic notified Director-General Ordzhonikidze of Croatia's priorities in the United Nations' activities.
She also spoke of Croatia's foreign policy priorities for 2011, including efforts to complete accession negotiations with the European Union and its role in strengthening regional stability.
