ZAGREB, Aug 22 (Hina) - Controversial Croatian businessman Hrvoje Petrac, who was sentenced by a Zagreb court to a prison term for organising a kidnapping, arrived in Croatia on Tuesday evening, after he was extradited to the Croatian police in Athens earlier today. The extradition of Dragan Vasiljkovic aka Captain Dragan to Croatia will not be discussed before November, the news agency Dpa quoted a court in Sydney on Tuesday. The international credit rating agency Fitch last week improved Croatia's ceiling rating, the upper rating limit for private sector issuers, from BBB- to BBB+.
