The European Commission on Tuesday forwarded the document to the Council of the European Union on Tuesday. The document was then forwarded to the Enlargement Task Force. The task force is comprised of representatives of all EU member states and it is in charge of the preparation of documents that are being forwarded to the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER) for adoption.
