The plan, which was presented to European Union officials in Brussels on Monday by Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, has been declared an official secret and its details will not be disclosed to the public, Administration Minister Zoran Loncar told reporters after the government session.
"The action plan is already being carried out and will be carried out until its main purpose is fulfilled, and that is full cooperation with the Hague tribunal," the minister said.
Loncar went on to say that the action plan did not contain any deadlines for the completion of cooperation with the ICTY.
The implementation of the action plan will be coordinated by the head of the National Council for Cooperation with the ICTY, Rasim Ljajic, and the chief war crimes prosecutor, Vladimir Vukcevic.
