The event, which closes on July 25, was organised by the Croatian World Congress and held under the auspices of the Croatian government, the Croatian Olympic Committee, and the Croatian Heritage Foundation.
Participants are competing in 11 sports categories.
They hail from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Unites States, Switzerland, Croatia, Peru, Belgium, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Denmark, Ecuador, Venezuela, France, Italy, South African Republic, Canada, Hungary, Macedonia, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain and Sweden.
