trial before the Osijek County Court on Tuesday for committing war crimes
against civilians in the Osijek area of eastern Croatia in 1991.
Fred Margus is charged with torturing and killing several Serb civilians and
injuring a boy. Dilber allegedly killed a Serb man on Margus's order.
Margus has been in custody since September last year and Dilber since
November. At today's hearing they both pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The trial was set to resume on June 19.
