about Croatia's recognition of Montenegro in a radio show on Monday, voicing confidence that Croatia would be able to solve outstanding issues in an easier way now that Montenegro was independent. The Macedonian government has recognised Montenegro as an independent state and decided to establish diplomatic relations with it, Macedonian Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski said on Monday. The European Union has decided to develop further relations with Montenegro as an independent and sovereign state, considering the outcome of the referendum and the declaration of independence by the Montenegrin parliament, foreign ministers of the 25-member bloc concluded in Luxembourg on Monday. Croatia and Turkey are participating together in the process of integration with
