The Pension Bonus Act, which will reduce the difference in pensions of previous and new retirees, refers to about 364,000 pensioners who retired since the start of 1999 and to future pensioners who in 2010 will number close to 650,000.
The Act will go into force on October 1 and the bonus will be calculated for each year.
The amendments to the Pension Insurance Act will go into force on January 1, 2008. They increase disability pensions, introduce a uniform lowest pension coefficient, and alleviate the penalisation of early old-age pension.
Deputies also ratified two agreements with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, one referring to a tax administration streamlining project and the other for the "Internal Waters" project.
