ZAGREB, June 14 (Hina) - Croatian Ambassador Mirko Bolfek on Wednesday presented credentials to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and thus assumed the duty of Croatia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Algeria,
the Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
ZAGREB, June 14 (Hina) - Croatian Ambassador Mirko Bolfek on
Wednesday presented credentials to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and
thus assumed the duty of Croatia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
in Algeria, the Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
President Bouteflika expressed satisfaction with the reopening of the Croatian
Embassy, saying that it would enable the acceleration of traditionally friendly
relations between the two countries and promotion of cooperation in all
sectors.
On behalf of Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, Ambassador Bolfek
invited President Bouteflika to visit Zagreb, the statement said.
