BELGRADE, May 19 (Hina) - Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica has said in an interview that his government will take the necessary measures to meet all commitments to the Hague war crimes tribunal so as to resume negotiations with Brussels, but has ruled out the possibility of any territorial concessions, Belgrade's electronic media said on Saturday.

In the interview with the Tanjug news agency, Kostunica said it had been agreed to form a National Security Council, to be headed by the president of the republic, that would coordinate and steer the activities of all intelligence services. He reiterated the goal was to meet all commitments to the UN court as soon as possible as this was in Serbia's interest.

Kostunica said his government was unanimous about not allowing the "kidnapping of Kosovo" in exchange of European integration. He underlined that throughout Europe's history there had not been an example of a state ceding 15 per cent of its territory for any concession or prize.

Kostunica said Serbia was willing to sit down for new talks to find an agreed, compromise solution to the future status of Kosovo. He added the best foundation for the new talks was all-round estimate of the meeting of standards defined by the UN Security Council's Resolution 1244.
