SPLIT, May 10 (Hina) - After hearing suspects and witnesses on Thursday, Split County Court investigating judge Slavko Lozina ordered an investigation into former members of the managing board of the Brodosplit shipyard.
SPLIT, May 10 (Hina) - After hearing suspects and witnesses on
Thursday, Split County Court investigating judge Slavko Lozina ordered an
investigation into former members of the managing board of the Brodosplit
shipyard. The former chairman of the managing board, Petar Cudina,
and board members and directors Goran Cvitanovic, Milan Senjanovic and Frane
Donadini are suspected of concluding harmful contracts whereby they caused USD
37 million damage to the company.
The suspects, who discharged their duties from 2001 to 2005, have the
right to appeal against the court ruling.
