Representatives of the two companies held talks with representatives of the city of Zagreb for the first time on Friday. Mayor Bandic said on Thursday he would not agree to blackmails and additional obligations, stressing that it was unacceptable for Zagreb to pay lease for the building, build infrastructure (two road rings, a tram railway and a bridge), while commercial and business facilities such as a shopping centre would be managed by Ingra and TriGranit. Bandic requested that the two companies revise the contract otherwise the city would opt for alternative solutions.
